Accessible Transit
The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle has room for mobility aids and service animals, but does not have a lift. To have PAC arrange a shuttle with a lift, please indicate so on the registration Google form or reach out to us at [email protected].

American Sign Language
There will be an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter for all sessions and evening events. To book a personal interpreter for social times, please indicate so on the registration Google form or reach out to us at [email protected].
Captioning
All sessions and events will have human generated (CART) captioning available.
Visual Descriptions and Audio Description
PAC will work with and train all presenters so the description will be woven into the sessions.
All evening events will have live description and visual descriptions of all Convening spaces will be shared prior to the Convening.
Sensory Friendly Accommodations
There will be a quiet room developed in collaboration with Rest Energy that will be available to all convening attendees throughout the conference. More details will be shared prior to the Convening.
Sensory kits will be offered with the welcome packages for all attendees. More details to come.
