Know Before You Go

Arrival

The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle has room for mobility aids and service animals, but does not have a lift. To have PAC arrange a shuttle with a lift, please indicate so on the registration Google form or reach out to us at [email protected].

Hotel Accessibility

Information about accessible rooms can be found on the hotel website.

Service animal relief areas can be found directly in front of the main hotel entrance. Just beyond the drop-off and pick-up area, there are grassy curb extensions that are available for use. Overall, the hotel is animal friendly, offering treats at the front desk and dog food on the room service menu.
